An integral part of Atlas’ mission is to provide resources to ALL families that need our services. In 2021 these are just a few ways in which your donations will be put to use:

• With your generosity, when it is safe to do so, we can continue to open our doors onsite to children of every ability along with their parents, caregivers, and siblings for an Open Play every other Saturday and hopefully Sundays, as well. Children can play in the sensory gym, art/music rec room, or in one of our sensory-friendly classrooms while their accompanying adults can enjoy the freedom of being in a worry-free zone.

• Building internship/volunteer opportunities for students of diverse backgrounds and abilities

• +21 PEER programs

• Respite and retreat programs in NYC and in upstate NY for individuals and their families

• Workshops and community events including the Everything Autism & Conference and Resource Fair

• Educational and leadership mentorship programs for caregivers, educators, and community members

We ask your commitment in supporting our annual appeal by making a donation of $5,000, $1,000, $500, $100, or any amount that you can afford. Our program is home grown and we fought to maintain our team, our location, our vendors, and to adapt after the last 9 months of Covid 19 and its impact on our programming…. We restructured and stretched our resources. This year has reminded us how strong and how united our community is on so many levels. Your generosity will make a huge difference in our community and allow us to continue this important work.
